D158i Intelligent Thermal Transfer Overprinter

D158i is DIKAI's newly developed next-generation intelligent TTO printer. With an innovative patented structure and operating principle, it significantly reduces downtime and delivers up to 300 prints per minute. Compact yet powerful, it is easy to use and maintain, and can replace traditional high-speed hot-stamp coders for coding on films, labels, and more. Equipped with a 7-inch smart touchscreen, a 300 dpi high-resolution printhead, and patented control algorithms, it supports on-device editing with stable, consistent print quality. Compared with traditional hot-stamp coding, D158i produces more attractive codes and is easier to operate—providing a flexible, user-friendly solution for packaging identification.
