D06S Intelligent Thermal Transfer Overprinter

D06S is DIKAI's newly developed next-generation intelligent TTO printer, designed to boost productivity and withstand harsh production environments. It delivers higher print speed and throughput, fully covering flexible packaging applications. Featuring a 10.1-inch smart touchscreen with fast response, it enables online editing of all print files. The new all-in-one design simplifies operation and maintenance while improving anti-interference performance. A redesigned ribbon cassette makes ribbon replacement quicker and easier. Intelligent precision control algorithms ensure stable print position and quality while improving ribbon utilization. It also supports flexible integration with vision inspection systems, with built-in intelligent reject (NG) functionality for higher reliability. When used with the centralized control system, D06S enables remote management of multiple units, reducing errors from manual operation.
